1 General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the eg333 platform ("Platform") and its users ("Member" or "you"). Browsing the eg333 website, opening an account, or using any service means you are fully agreeing to these Terms.
These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to Bangladeshi players. eg333 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility
To create an account at eg333, the following conditions must be met:

- Each person may operate one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

- Your account password must be kept confidential. You may not allow third parties to access your account.
- The member is solely responsible for all activities carried out under their account.

3 Account Verification (KYC)
To ensure the security and transparency of the eg333 platform, members' identities are verified. Members may be asked to submit the following documents for verification:
- A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
- Proof of address (bank statement or utility bill — dated within the last three months).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used.
eg333 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. If false information is provided, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
The payment rules at eg333 are described below:
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer (major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, etc.).
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 for each method.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
- Withdrawal time: Usually completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Deposited funds must come only from a payment method belonging to the account holder.
- Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
- In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, eg333 may keep the relevant account under investigation.
Please note: If fraudulent or deceptive transactions are detected, eg333 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit the balance.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotional offers at eg333 are provided under specific conditions:
- Welcome bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
- Wagering requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x). For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, the bonus funds become withdrawable after placing a total of ৳12,000 in bets.
- Completing the wagering requirement before withdrawing the bonus is mandatory.
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- eg333 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
- If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to betting and playing games on the eg333 platform:
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed (except in certain exceptional cases).
- If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, eg333 reserves the right to void that bet.
- If there is evidence of match manipulation or use of unauthorised software to affect a game's outcome, the related winnings will be considered void.
- Using match-fixing or insider information to place bets in sports betting is strictly prohibited.
- eg333 is not liable for losses caused by disconnection or platform outages.
All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) process. eg333 is committed to ensuring fair play.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eg333 platform:
- Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
- Using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games.
- Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses or offers.
- Attempting to access or hack another member's account.
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform's software or systems for personal gain.
- Harassment, intimidation, or offensive behaviour towards other members.
- Using third-party payment methods.
- Operating an account with a false identity or false information.
If evidence of any of the above violations is found, eg333 may close the account and forfeit the balance without notice, and may take legal action if necessary.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
eg333 may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Any clause of these Terms is violated.
- Evidence of fraud or suspicious transactions is found.
- Identity verification fails or false information is provided.
- A security risk or unauthorised access is suspected.
- At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
eg333 is not obligated to disclose the reason for closing an account. However, if a member believes the closure was unjust, they may appeal through the support team. Members may also request account closure at any time through support.
9 Responsible Gaming
eg333 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. Gaming is an entertainment activity and should never be treated as a source of income.
- Members can set their own deposit limits, betting limits, or session time limits.
- Temporary or long-term self-exclusion is available.
- If signs of gaming addiction appear, taking a break and talking to someone you trust is recommended.
- Access by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.

13 Changes to Terms & Termination of Service
